1. General Site Usage

We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or update any section of our boutique storefront or catalog specifications without prior notification. Unauthorized usage of this website might lead to civil claims or legal actions.

2. User Accounts & Security

When you create an account to view and track your orders, you are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your email credentials and password. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to support immediately.

3. Order Acceptance & Customization

Placement of an order on our checkout panel constitutes an offer to purchase. Due to the high-priority ethnic, handcrafted nature of our suit sets, sarees, and lehengas, slight differences in color tones and thread weaves may occur. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders due to pricing inaccuracies or stock discrepancies.

4. Payments & Billing

We support secure transactions powered by Razorpay as well as Cash on Delivery (COD). By choosing online payment options, you warrant that you are authorized to use the designated card or UPI credentials. Payments must be cleared before ship out for prepaid shipping.

5. Delivery & Shipments

We work with NimbusPost and logistics partners to deliver products across India. Estimated delivery dates are approximations. Delayed transit due to remote delivery addresses, weather disruptions, or courier hold-ups is handled with care, but is subject to courier terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The trademarks, logos, boutique graphic assets, design patterns, product media, and brand content displayed on Missara Clothing are the property of Missara. Reproduction is strictly prohibited.
