Prepaid Orders: 100% Free Shipping on all orders prepaid via Credit/Debit card or UPI across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available at no additional fee.
Processing Time: Orders are dispatched from our Jabalpur workshop within 24-48 hours.
Delivery Timelines: Major metro areas receive deliveries within 3-4 days. Rest of India takes 5-7 business days. Jabalpur deliveries are fulfilled within 24 hours.

You can request returns or size exchanges within 7 days of package delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

Refunds: For prepaid orders, the refund is credited back to the original payment method. For COD orders, we issue a store coupon voucher or bank transfer within 5 working days of getting the returned item back.
